 Hotel Description:

For example, Vinings Jubilee, a quaint shopping district built to resemble a 19th- century village, is less than two blocks away. The 159 rooms offer step-out balconies, ergonomic desk chairs, multi-line phones, coffeemakers, movies, video games, high-speed Internet access, bedspreads accented with reds and greens, and Golden Door Bath Care botanical-based shampoos, conditioners, soaps and lotions. Looking like a colonial inn, the Wyndham Vinings sits in the affluent Vinings area of Northwest Atlanta, nine miles from downtown and two blocks from major shopping and dining districts. Guests can hop light-rail trains at a nearby MARTA station and get quickly to everything they want to see in Atlanta, including museums, theaters, pro sports venues and Hartsfield International Airport. For dining, guests can choose from various area restaurants or they can enjoy the hotel's relaxed TerraNova, which dishes up Northern Californian and Italian dishes, breakfast buffets, lunchtime pasta bars and dinner. Built in 1988, the charming four-story hotel caters to a corporate crowd and guests coming to Atlanta for social occasions and vacations. Guests will enjoy swimming in a large outdoor pool, exercising on the tennis courts, lolling on a large patio and relaxing to the sounds of a waterfall. The hotel's lobby features a stone fireplace and an aviary housing Australian finches. The Wyndham Vinings is close to everything in Atlanta, but far away enough from the city's hustle and bustle to provide guests with a quiet oasis.
